Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
  • Some products, see 'Exceptions' section below, may not be eligible for return. 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: While we strive to offer exceptional customer service, we kindly ask our customers to share half of the return shipping costs when its a return not relating to a incorrect or defective item. This helps us maintain our competitive pricing and continue offering quality products. 

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at varien.designs@gmail.com to request your shipping label.
  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package your item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  3. Ship Your Item: Attach your return label provided by our customer support team. Please note that a portion of the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
  5. Refund Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued for the product's purchase price, less the portion of the return shipping costs covered by the customer.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have shipped an incorrect or defective item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised policy will be effective from the date specified at the beginning of this document.
